I have been active in the financial services industry since 1980.  I am a graduate of Kansas State University where I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Marketing.  I have an extensive leasing background having worked for Borg Warner Leasing, Bell Atlantic, Tri Con, Citi Corp, Banco Popular, and Bank of Commerce San Diego.  I have resided in Mission Viejo, California with my wife, whom I have been married for 26 years and our three children since 1991.  I am an avid golfer but do not ask me about my handicap.  My area of expertise has been the franchise arena.  I have done financing for McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s. Wienerschnitzel, Carl’s Jr., Jack in the Box, Big O Tires, Arbys, Dennys, Cici’s Pizza and numerous others.
